Baby Born in Back Seat of NYC Taxi
It was a weekly video team meeting like any other that we'd had since September.
That is, until my wife announced that she was having contractions. I'm a videographer
with the Occupy movement and happened to have my camera with me. As soon as my
hands were free I pulled it out and started shooting .

THE WORLD MOURNS THE DEATH OF WHITNEY HOUSTON
We are saddened to learn of the unexpected and untimely
passing of WhitneyHouston yesterday just hours before the music community was to
come together and honor her at Clive Davis' annual pre-Grammy party. Instead those in
attendance joined together to celebrate her life and the gifts she left behind. Her legacy is
the amazing body of work she left behind. Our thoughts and prayers go out to her family
and the friends who must now cope with the loss of somebody they love.

Well , typically you can get a video on WSHH by sending it via their contact page. The only issue with this is the fact that many times they will only accept videos that are ‘hot’. By hot we mean videos that have viral appeal like the following :
These videos are pretty typical ‘viral’ videos submitted by users. Normally these get some press prior to submission, at which time WSHH approaches the video owner (normally originally on youtube) and asks them for licensing.
The alternative is to pay, which most people are requested to do. The vast majority of people wanting to get videos on WorldStarHipHop are not individuals but artists looking for press. Since WorldStar gets about 1 million unique views a day, any artist on their website gets immediately powerful press. As of our last check in order to submit a artist video and have it hit the ‘front page’ of their website, it is $700 per submission. This breaks down to a relatively low CPM rate.
There are many complaints due to the cost of $700 to get a video on WorldStarHipHop for new artists who are trying to break out.
